Terms & Conditions

Please read these terms carefully before making a booking with Unity Global Travel Ltd.

Important Notice: Unity Global Travel Ltd operates as an independent travel agent. We act as an agent on behalf of ATOL-licensed travel suppliers. Your applicable package holiday bookings are protected under the Air Travel Organiser's Licence (ATOL) scheme administered by the Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) through our supplier partners.

1. About Us

Unity Global Travel Ltd is an independent travel agency offering flights, holiday packages, Umrah arrangements, cruises, and more. We act as an agent on behalf of licensed travel suppliers, including ATOL holders, airlines, hotels, cruise operators, and other service providers. We do not hold an ATOL licence directly; all applicable package holiday bookings are made through ATOL-licensed suppliers to ensure your financial protection.

2. Booking Agreement

When you make a booking through Unity Global Travel Ltd, a contract is formed between you (the customer) and the relevant travel supplier(s). Unity Global Travel Ltd acts solely as an agent in facilitating this booking. By requesting or confirming a booking, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and the terms of the relevant supplier.

3. ATOL Protection

Where your holiday booking qualifies as a "package" under the Package Travel Regulations 2018 and is sold by an ATOL holder, you will receive an ATOL Certificate confirming your financial protection. This means that if your travel supplier fails financially, you will be entitled to a refund or repatriation as appropriate.

Unity Global Travel Ltd acts as an agent for ATOL-licensed suppliers. The ATOL Certificate will clearly identify the ATOL holder responsible for your booking. Not all travel products sold by Unity Global Travel Ltd will be ATOL protected — please check your documentation carefully.

4. Umrah Bookings

Umrah packages are arranged on your behalf through licensed suppliers and visa service providers. It is your responsibility to ensure you meet all entry requirements for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, including valid passport, Umrah visa, and any health requirements stipulated by Saudi authorities. Unity Global Travel Ltd accepts no liability for refusals of entry or denied visas.

5. Payment

6. Travel Documents & Passports

It is the customer's sole responsibility to ensure that all travellers hold valid passports, visas, and any required health documentation for their destination. We strongly recommend checking entry requirements with the relevant embassy or official government travel advice portal before booking.

7. Travel Insurance

Unity Global Travel Ltd strongly recommends that all customers take out comprehensive travel insurance at the time of booking, covering medical expenses, cancellation, curtailment, and any other risks relevant to your trip.

8. Our Liability as Agent

As a travel agent, Unity Global Travel Ltd's liability to you is limited. We are not liable for the acts or omissions of any travel supplier. Any claims arising from your travel arrangements should be directed to the relevant supplier in the first instance. Where we have been negligent in our agency duties, our liability will be limited to the commission or fee earned on your booking.

9. Privacy & Data

Unity Global Travel Ltd collects and processes personal data in accordance with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. Your data is used solely for the purpose of processing your booking and will not be sold to third parties.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by English law and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
