If you wish to cancel your booking, you must notify Unity Global Travel Ltd in writing as soon as possible by emailing bookings@unityglobaltravel.co.uk. Cancellations take effect from the date we receive your written request.

To change any aspect of your booking, please email bookings@unityglobaltravel.co.uk as soon as possible. Amendments are subject to availability and supplier approval. An administration fee may apply.
In the unlikely event that a supplier cancels your booking, you will typically be offered an alternative of comparable standard, or a full refund of monies paid to the supplier.
Neither Unity Global Travel Ltd nor its suppliers can be held liable for cancellations or changes caused by circumstances beyond their reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, civil unrest, pandemics, government travel restrictions, extreme weather, or acts of terrorism.
To request a refund, contact us at bookings@unityglobaltravel.co.uk with your booking reference and reason for your request. Refunds are typically processed within 14–28 working days from the supplier.
We strongly advise all customers to purchase comprehensive travel insurance at the time of booking. Insurance can protect you against unforeseen cancellation costs and other losses.
